Thanks for shopping with CragCam! Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it enters processing (1–3 business days) while we prepare and dispatch it. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times

For most orders, delivery takes around 14 days from the day you order.

During busier periods — and depending on weekends and holidays falling within the shipping window — delivery can take 16 to 18 days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days, so a few extra days around them are normal.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, weather, peak seasons) can add a little time.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
